We have been established here in Warwickshire since 1979 and in that time have worked hard to provide consistently excellent dental care, which contributes to the reputation we are proud to have today.
We endeavour to ensure that even the most nervous of patients feel comfortable and at ease with us, and constantly aim to provide a relaxed and friendly environment that might even make your visits to the dentist somewhat enjoyable!
Meet the team
Principal Dentist – BDS Lond (2013). GDC: 244101
Simon received his dental qualifications from the Dental Institute at Kings College London, and is now the owner and Principal Dentist at Southam Dental.
Aside from treating patients on an everyday basis, Simon’s responsibilities also include leading the team and “changing the light bulbs”! When he’s not restoring the practice illumination, Simon works to restore patients’ dental health and particularly enjoys seeing them smile after a successful treatment.
Outside work, Simon has a busy lifestyle. He is a keen gardener and enjoys watching rugby matches, skiing and coaching U10’s rugby, as well as keeping tropical fish.
Associate Dentist – BDS Lond (2016). GDC: 264834
Jassanjot graduated from Guy’s Dental Institute at Kings College London and completed her Dental Foundation Training in Coventry. She enjoys General Practice as it brings with it a variety of patients, all with different challenges but all ending with similar outcomes; patients leaving the surgery with a smile on their face.
New to the practice, she is looking forward to meeting her patients and providing the best treatment possible.
Outside of dentistry, Jassanjot enjoys spending time with friends and family, and has a keen interest in travelling, hiking and reading.
Dental Hygienist – CEB Dip Dent Hygiene (1995). GDC: 1626
As Southam Dental’s Hygienist, it is Jane’s job to help educate patients about maintaining good oral health, and also to provide thorough teeth and gum cleaning. She likes helping people improve their oral care, and ultimately ensuring they keep their own teeth rather than losing them to damage and decay.
When she’s not at work, Jane likes to spend time crafting – particularly knitting and quilting. She frequently goes on walks to keep herself fit, but her stamina levels are also boosted by regularly looking after her granddaughter!

Like many of her colleagues, Janet is a people person. She loves meeting the clients and helping them to achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
At home, Janet likes to spend her spare time with her friends and family, and walking her chocolate Labrador Zac. She also enjoys cross-stitch, and is a keen gardener.
Trainee Dental Nurse
Megan is the newest member of our team after leaving school and studying Production Arts in ollege.
However, Megan felt she wanted more of a challenge and decided to follow family footsteps in becoming a Dental Nurse where after qualification she hopes to specialise in Dental Hygiene or Implant nursing.
Megan is a very dedicated nurse and always has a smile for her colleagues and patients.
When she is not studying for her Dental qualification, Megan enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends and family, and loves decorating the Christmas Tree!
Esther has a long history in the dentistry world, having worked in dental practices since she left school over 20 years ago!
As a dental receptionist she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice ‘front of house’, including taking phone calls, booking appointments, taking payments and administrating the practice health plan.
Every day is different in a dental practice, and Esther enjoys the variety of her work – particularly when patients are happy with the results of their treatment.
Outside of work she likes to participate in a range of activities, including travelling, reading and running. She’s also a keen cook, enjoying both preparing food and eating it too, and even drinking wine in the garden with friends when the weather permits!
